If your hair tool has malfunctionedwithin thirty (30) daysfrom the original date of purchase, please choose OPTION 1 and notate this on the notes form, and provide a picture of the product. Our customer service team will then reach out to you and request proof of purchase. Once this proof of purchase is received and reviewed by our customer service team, the service fee will be waived. If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer and not onwww.sutrabeauty.com, you may contact the original retailer in order to service your warranty immediately.
If your hair tool has malfunctioned more than thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, you may redeem your warranty online via OPTION 1 or OPTION 2.
Please file only one (1) claim per hair tool. Warranty purchases that are invalid or fraudulent will NOTbe processed or refunded.
All warranty items are shipped WITHOUT a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we will replace your item with a newer model (if available) or a newer item.
Warranty orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, otherwise, the warranty order will be voided.
Sutra cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized retailers, including unauthorized sellers on eBay, Mercari, Overstock.com, etc. and thus we are unable to offer warranty coverage for items purchased through said retailers. Please contact us prior to purchasing a Sutra product from a third-party website in order to verify the retailer as an authorized or unauthorized retailer.
