Please fill out the form below to file a warranty claim on your hair tool. Our agents typically respond to warranty claims within 24-48 hours, M-F (9 am-4 pm PST).
Online redemptions are all subject to a service fee of $29.99 USD. Please note that additional shipping rates apply to customers located outside of the continental United States.
*Please upload an image of your product. If there is no visible damage to your product in the image, our customer service will request you to provide either a video or a picture of the hair tool with the cord cut. Please do NOT cut the cord unless advised by one of our agents.
If your hair tool has malfunctioned within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, please notate this on the notes form below and provide a picture of the product. Our customer service team will then reach out to you and request proof of purchase. Once this proof of purchase is received and reviewed by our customer service team, the service fee will be waived. If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer and not on www.sutrabeauty.com, you may contact the original retailer in order to service your warranty immediately.
Once your warranty claim has been processed, feel free to keep the damaged hair tool or toss it. Please do not ship your hair tool back to us, unless advised otherwise.
- Please file only one (1) claim per hair tool. Warranty purchases that are invalid or fraudulent will NOT be processed or refunded.
- All warranty items are shipped WITHOUT a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we will replace your item with a newer model (if available) or a newer item.
- Warranty orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, otherwise, the warranty order will be voided.
- Warranty service fees are non-refundable.
