Return Policy

At SUTRA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please request a return within thirty (30) days of receipt through our Return Portal.

For a full refund, hair tools must be returned in new and unused condition. If your hair tool has been used and is still within the thirty-day return window, a $30 disposal fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. After your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Please note, we only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from SUTRA at SutraBeauty.com through our return portal. We cannot process returns or exchanges for products bought from third-party retailers. If your item was not purchased via www.sutrabeauty.com, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items purchased beyond the 30-day return period
  • Haircare items, including shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.
  • Any item marked as final sale
  • Shipping fees
  • Package protection fees
  • Warranty service fees
  • Promotional sales

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please file a warranty claim using our Return Portal by selecting "Register a product or file a warranty claim."

International Returns (Outside the United States & Canada):

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can accommodate returns requested within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returns will incur a 15% disposal fee, which will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, please use our Return Portal or contact our customer service team.

Upon approval, you will receive confirmation from our Customer Service Department. Items must be shipped to our returns department in Los Angeles, CA. Please note that return postage costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Once received, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
