Return Policy

The following items are NON-REFUNDABLE:
-Items purchased past the 30 day period
-Haircare items (shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.)
-Defective/Damaged Items
-Any item marked as final sale
-Items purchased with AfterPay
-Shipping fees
-Warranty Service Fees
-Promotional Sales

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If our customer service team approves your return or exchange, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label. After your return has been shipped and received by our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be applied to the original form of payment.

Please note that we can only honor returns and exchanges from products purchased at SutraBeauty.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges from products purchased through third-party retailers.

Additionally, all hair tools must be returned in new and unused condition. Should your product be used and you are within the thirty-day window, your return or exchange will be subject to a $30 disposal fee.

International Returns (Outside the US)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns requested within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be subject to a 15% disposal fee, which will be deducted from your refund. To request a refund please contact our customer service.

Once your return request is received by our Customer Service Department, we will notify you upon acceptance. Your item(s) must be shipped to our returns department in Los Angeles, CA. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns for international orders. Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial institutions.

We do not accept any returns and will not refund any items not purchased directly from Sutrabeauty.com.
