Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.To initiate a return, please start the process through our Return Portal. Once approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. After your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

HOW TO USE

Start with clean, towel-dried hair that is about 60–70% dry.
Apply a heat protectant evenly from mid-lengths to ends.
Detangle your hair and divide it into sections using clips.
Choose the right heat intensity for your hair type: low for fine hair, medium for normal hair, high for thick hair.
Attach the concentrator nozzle if desired for smoother results.
Hold the dryer about 6–8 inches away from your hair.
Use a round or paddle brush to pull hair taut while drying from roots to ends.
Work section by section until all hair is completely dry.
Finish with the cool setting to add shine and reduce frizz.
Apply a small amount of serum or light oil for extra smoothness and shine.
For effortless styling, activate the BioCycle function to automatically alternate between heat and cool air to protect hair health, seal the cuticle, and lock in your style.

CARE

Unplug it and let it cool before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or residue to prevent buildup that can affect performance. Detach and clean the magnetic filter once every 2-4 weeks. Use a small brush to remove lint. Wash attachments like nozzles or diffusers with warm, soapy water, then dry thoroughly. Store your dryer in a cool, dry place with the cord loosely wrapped, and check the cord and plug occasionally for any signs of damage. Regular cleaning helps maintain airflow, prevent overheating, and extend the life of your dryer.
