Warranty Information
SUTRA® backs all of our flat irons, curling irons, and heat brushes with a two (2) year warranty, and all blow dryers, blowout brushes, and cordless products with a one (1) year warranty for manufacturing defects. A service fee of $29.99 USD applies to warranty claims. If your product has a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, this service fee will be waived.
This warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse or normal wear and tear. Claims related to these issues may be denied by our service team.

You will need the following information to complete registration:
Product Serial Number: Typically an 11-digit number located near the electrical cord on the tool’s base. If you cannot find it, please enter "CBF”
Purchase Location
Purchase Date
Receipt: Only one image upload allowed. Ensure it shows the product name, date of purchase, and purchase location.
Submitting an incomplete registration may void your warranty and result in claim denial.
Filing a Product Claim: This warranty claim form is for North America customers only. For claims outside the U.S., customers are responsible for shipping, taxes, and duties.
If you bought your hair tool on www.sutrabeauty.com and it malfunctions within 30 days, initiate a return by choosing "Defective Product." You will not be charged a service fee, and a replacement order will be issued.
If purchased from a third-party website, register your product first, then file a warranty claim for replacement.
Please upload a video or image clearly showing the entire product, including the SUTRA® logo and the electrical plug. Do not dispose of the damaged tool until the warranty claim is approved or denied. If no visible damage is shown in image/video upload, our service team may request an image or video of the product with the cord cut. Do not cut the cord unless instructed.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, abuse, dropping, scratches, product build-up, improper cleaning, unsafe use, wrong voltage, tampering, alterations, attempted repair, incorrect attachment use, cutting or wrapping the cord around the appliance, and normal wear and tear. Removal of stickers, labels, and serial numbers will void all warranty claims. Cutting the cord is only advised when instructed by a customer service representative.
Please file only one (1) warranty claim per hair tool. Invalid or fraudulent claims will not be processed or refunded.
Additional Notes:
Warranty items are shipped without a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we may replace it with a newer model or like item.
If a warranty order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment will be at the customer’s expense, or the order will be voided.
SUTRA® cannot guarantee the quality of products purchased from unauthorized retailers, including sellers on eBay, Mercari, Overstock, etc., and is unable to offer warranty coverage for such items. Contact us before purchasing to verify authorized retailers. This serves as notice that SUTRA® actively monitors counterfeit and unauthorized sales.
