Start with clean, dry hair. Apply a heat protectant spray or serum to your hair. This will help to protect your hair from heat damage. Divide your hair into sections, using clips or hair ties to keep each section separate. This will make it easier to work with and ensure that you don't miss any areas.

Choose a temperature that is appropriate for your hair type. For fine or damaged hair, use a lower temperature, and for thick or coarse hair, use a higher temperature.

Slide a 2" wide section of hair through the wand beginning at the root. Rotate the wand in a full circular motion utilizing the cool tip edge for support.
Glide the wand downward at a slight angle as you hold the cool tip edge.

Finish with our Heat Guard® Hair Spray or Heat Guard® Hair Serum. This will help to hold your style in place and hydrate your hair.

Hair tools can accumulate hair, dust, and product buildup over time. To clean your tool, unplug it and wipe it down with a damp cloth. You can also use a small brush to remove any debris from the crevices.

If you're using a heat styling tool like a flat iron or curling iron, always use a heat protectant spray on your hair before styling. This will help to prevent damage to your hair and your tool.

When you're not using your hair tool, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in a damp or humid area, as this can cause rusting and damage.

When you're unplugging your hair tool, gently pull on the plug rather than yanking on the cord. This will help to prevent the cord from getting damaged or frayed.

Some hair tools, like curling irons and flat irons, should not be used on wet hair. Always make sure your hair is completely dry before using any heat styling tools.
