Shipping
We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Your purchase will be processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location and typically range from 3 to 7 business days. However, shipping may take longer in the event of carrier delays, including those caused by holidays, weather, or other circumstances. We offer several shipping options, including standard and express delivery.Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.To initiate a return, please start the process through our Return Portal. Once approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. After your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

HOW TO USE

JetSetter Curl

Apply our Heat Protector spray to shield your hair from heat damage. Take a section of hair and hold the curling iron vertically.

Wrap the hair around the barrel starting from the base and leaving the ends free. Hold the hair around the barrel for a few seconds, then release it gently.

Repeat this process with each section of hair. For tighter curls, use smaller sections of hair. To create loose waves, use larger sections.

Apply a light hairspray to set the curls and enjoy your beautifully styled hair.

JetSetter Straightener

Apply heat protectant spray to your hair. Divide your hair into sections.

Clamp the flat iron onto a small section of hair near the roots. Hold the flat iron at a 45-degree angle and glide it down. Repeat this process with each section of hair, working your way around your head.

Finish with our Heat Guard® Hair Spray or Heat Guard® Hair Serum. This will help to hold your style in place and hydrate your hair.

JetSetter Dry

Make sure the hair dryer is plugged in and the cord is fully extended before turning it on.

Hold the hair dryer about 6 inches away from your head and aim the nozzle in the direction you want your hair to go.

Use a brush or comb to style your hair as you dry it. You can use the hair dryer to add volume, straighten or curl your hair, depending on your desired style.

CARE

Hair tools can accumulate hair, dust, and product buildup over time. To clean your tool, unplug it and wipe it down with a damp cloth. You can also use a small brush to remove any debris from the crevices.

If you're using a heat styling tool like a flat iron or curling iron, always use a heat protectant spray on your hair before styling. This will help to prevent damage to your hair and your tool.

When you're not using your hair tool, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in a damp or humid area, as this can cause rusting and damage.

When you're unplugging your hair tool, gently pull on the plug rather than yanking on the cord. This will help to prevent the cord from getting damaged or frayed.

Some hair tools, like curling irons and flat irons, should not be used on wet hair. Always make sure your hair is completely dry before using any heat styling tools.
