Sutra backs all of our flat irons and curling irons with a lifetime warranty, along with a one year warranty on all blow dryers, blowout brushes, and cordless products.
To exchange your damaged item through the “Redeem By Mail” warranty option, you will need to submit the following:
A. The damaged product
B. Completed warranty card. If you don’t have the warranty form, please click here.
C. Copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
D. Service fee check or money order (see below for service fee rates)
- $20.00 USD for shipments from mainland United States (does not include Hawaii or Alaska)
- $25.00 USD for shipments from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Mexico
- $40.00 USD for all other international locations

Once your item has been received by our warranty department, it will take 7-14 business days to process your return. Once your return has been processed, your replacement item will be delivered to you in 3-5 business days (for domestic US orders). To receive a replacement product sooner, please choose Option 2: Online Redemption or click here.
DO NOT ship the damaged product in the original box or with any other items other than the ones listed above. You will NOT receive any of the contents back.
DO NOT mail in your product if you have filed an “Online Redemption” claim.
Products will NOT be replaced without the service fee attached.
If your mailed in warranty package does NOT have your name, email address, and a physical address to ship your replacement product, your warranty will be voided and your item will not be returned.
Please file only one (1) claim per hair tool. Warranty purchases that are invalid or fraudulent will NOT be processed or refunded.
- All warranty items are shipped WITHOUT a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we will replace your item with a newer model (if available) or a newer item.
- Warranty orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, otherwise, the warranty order will be voided.
- Warranty service fees are non-refundable.
