*Free shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US will have additional shipping charges applied.  Please refer to the checkout page for the cost of shipping to the country selected.

Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours when placed Monday-Friday. 

If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note that Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  Sutra Beauty cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
